The City & Guilds 2377-100 (PAT Testing) Exam Only is available to Candidates who wish to gain their Level 3 Certificate in Management of Electrical Equipment Maintenance.
The City & Guilds 2377-100 (PAT Testing) Exam Only includes:
- The City & Guilds 2377-100 (PAT Testing) Exam - a 90 minute, GOLA online exam, consisting of 45 multiple choice questions
By booking the City & Guilds 2377-100 Exam Only, it is presumed that the Candidate:
- Is eligible to sit it (i.e. the Candidate must of passed the City & Guilds 2377-200 (PAT Testing) and gained the Level 3 Certificate for the Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment)
- Has their own correct study material
- Has completed a minimum of 30 guided learning hours
On the day of the Exam the Candidate will be required to sign a Declaration stating that you have undertaken the minimum guided learning hours.
The content of the City & Guilds 2377-100 (PAT Testing) Exam is based on City & Guilds Unit 2377-100 Certificate in Management of Electrical Equipment Maintenance. The aim of this unit is to enable the candidate to demonstrate that they are competent in the management of procedures for the inspection and testing of portable electrical appliances and conversant in the IEE Code of Practice for Inspection & Testing of Electrical Equipment (the national standard for the electrical industry in respect of testing of portable electrical equipment in the United Kingdom).
